Yogurt is delicious and all – especially for breakfast and smoothies, but did you know there are plenty of other ways to use it? Check out these five non-culinary uses!

Soothe sunburns, acne, and psoriasis
Spend a bit too long in the sun and need something to soothe your skin? Pat over a little bit of cool, plain yogurt. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes, then wash off with warm water. The same treatment also works on acne and psoriasis!
