These scrumptious sandwiches are easy to make:

Avocado, Salami & Semi-Dried Tomato Foccacia

Ingredients

4 pieces Foccacia bread

16 slices of Italian Salami

2 avocados

4 tablespoon semi-dried tomatoes

½ cup fresh basil leaves

½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Split bread in horizontal halves using a serrated edge knife.

2. Cut avocado in half. Remove seed and skin, cut flesh into slices.

3. Top bottom half of the bread with salami, avocado, tomatoes and basil.

4. Sprinkle them with mozzarella cheese.

5. Place the remaining bread on top.

6. Place it in the sandwich grill and have it toasted until golden.
