The celebrations may still be in full swing for some of you, but it can’t hurt to start eating healthy again! Here are some quick and easy ideas for doing so!

Go with veg instead of rice
It can be super tempting to dig into fresh-steamed rice. As Asians, it’s practically in our DNA to eat rice on a daily basis, but too much of it is really bad for the waistline – and even moreso if you’re prone to diabetes. Try cauliflower rice instead, or if you must eat rice, opt for brown or black rice.
