Feast on the fresh and flavourful dishes served at Yue Restaurant. Chef Ben Lim diligently prepares two sets of 8-course menus for you to choose from. The special Mid-Autumn feast, which runs from 22nd of July to 13th of September 2019, makes family reunions possible for those who can’t make it during the festive month. These are a few mouth-watering dishes that we sampled:

1. Boiled Beef Ribs and Xi’an Flat Noodles.

A spoonful of chewy cold flat noodles paired with soft boiled beef ribs comes with a spicy garlic sauce for a kick! This dish makes for a light and refreshing starter to an eight-course meal.
